The sales and delivery conditions below apply to all deliveries from Stilkompagniet.dk.

BUY GOODS AT STILKOMPAGNIET
When you place an order on our webshop, we will send you an email confirming the product you have ordered. To save the environment, this electronic order confirmation serves as your receipt. Once your order is registered, we locate the item in our warehouse and prepare it for dispatch. When your package is shipped, the purchase amount will be deducted from your account, and you will receive an email with a tracking number.

SOLD OUT ITEMS
We reserve the right to sell out of stock items. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible via email or phone.

PRICES
All prices on Stilkompagniet.dk are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right to adjust fees, correct pricing errors, and make other corrections as necessary.

PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Payment for your ordered goods is made online using Dankort, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, or Visa Electron. Information is transmitted securely between you and Stilkompagniet. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the item leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you.

PRE-ORDER
At Stilkompagniet.dk, we often allow you to "buy" an item before it is in stock. If you purchase an item under the pre-order category, there will be an estimated delivery time, but we reserve the right to change this. You can cancel your order at any time before delivery. Once the item is in stock, we will immediately pack and send it to you, and you will receive an email with the tracking number. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the item leaves our warehouse. We request that you do not purchase other items in the same order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery Time
At Stilkompagniet, we strive to dispatch your orders as quickly as possible. Our courier collects packages from us daily at 2:00 PM, and 95% of orders placed before this time are included in the day's shipment. During sales or if items are out of stock, delivery times may extend to 2-5 days.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on your postal code and will be displayed in the cart during the checkout process.

Freight
All packages in Denmark are sent as insured parcel post through GLS, DAO, BRING, or EARLYBIRD to your private address or chosen package shop. You will receive an email or text message when your parcel is ready for collection at the selected package shop. Remember to bring the package number and valid ID when collecting your package. Stilkompagniet.dk is responsible for the shipped goods until you have received them or they have arrived at the parcel shop.

Delivery Time: 3-5 working days within Europe.

CANCELLATION AND RETURN RIGHTS
Stilkompagniet provides a 14-day full return policy, valid from the day you receive your goods, in accordance with the Purchase Act. However, documentation of the purchase is required.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN INFORMATION
You can obtain a return label or QR code from us online and drop off your parcel at the nearest parcel shop. Save your tracking number as proof of shipment. If you wish to arrange the return yourself, send the return packages to:

Return
We aim to provide excellent service, including easy, safe, and affordable returns using our return label. The package is insured and tracked. We offer a 14-day full return policy, valid from the day you receive your goods. If the package is sent later than 14 days, we may deduct 20% of the total purchase price unless otherwise agreed. Return costs of DKK 69 are borne by you unless you exchange for another product or otherwise agreed. Return packages are processed as quickly as possible, but always within 14 days of receiving the return package.

Condition of the Item
Goods must be returned unused, in the same condition as received, and with the original packaging and labels. The item must always be returned in suitable packaging, preferably the one in which you received it.

Gifts
If you buy gift-wrapped goods, they will be marked with an exchange tag. Indicate in the comment field that it is a gift and the date it will be given, and we will extend the exchange deadline.

RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
In accordance with the Sales Act, consumers have a 24-month right of complaint on all goods. Documentation of purchase is required for all complaints. The complaint does not cover goods that are defective due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance, or normal wear and tear. For goods with a limited lifespan, the right of complaint is limited to the usual shelf life for the goods in question. In the event of complaints, errors, or omissions, please contact us as soon as possible at kontakt@stilkompagniet.dk. We strive to always provide the best service.
