We want to provide you with the best service, especially when it comes to returning your items. It's easy, safe, and affordable to return your items using the Stilkompagniet return label. Return costs using our label are 42 DKK and are always borne by you, unless you are exchanging or have agreed otherwise. You are also welcome to arrange your own shipping solution, provided you send directly to our address: Stilkompagniet.dk - Lindebjergvej 10 - 4300 Holbæk. Once we receive your return package, we will process it as quickly as possible, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt. You will receive an email on the day we process your return package, and if your return meets the conditions, we will refund the purchase amount to the same account used for the purchase. Please allow 2-3 banking days for the amount to appear in your account. In accordance with consumer law, we offer a 14-day full return policy starting from the day you receive your items. If you return the package later than 14 days, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the total purchase price, unless agreed otherwise. Write in the comment field that it is a gift, as well as the date when it must be given.

In cases where gifts are bought on Stilkompagniet , these will automatically be marked with an exchange label.

The exchange period is 14 days from the date you give the gift.

In accordance with the rules of the Sales Act, you as a consumer are granted a 24-month right of complaint on all goods.

However, documentation for the purchase is required for all complaints.

The right of complaint does not apply to goods which are defective due to damage or wear due to incorrect use, lack of maintenance or normal wear and tear.

However, for goods with a limited lifespan, your right of complaint is limited to the usual shelf life for the goods in question.

At Stilkompagniet.dk, we strive to always provide the best service. Therefore, you have the option of buying a return label on the webshop for DKK 42 if you have to send us a complaint. We will refund the amount to you, together with the amount for the item that you wish to complain about, once the complaint has been processed and approved.

Shipment

At Stilkompagniet, we strive to dispatch your ordered items as quickly as possible. Our courier collects packages from us every day at 2:00 PM, and 95% of all orders placed before then should arrive the following day. During sales or if items are out of stock, delivery times may be extended to 2-5 days.

For preorders, please refer to the estimated delivery time on the product page and your order confirmation.

The more you shop, the cheaper the shipping.

  • 0 DKK in shipping = For purchases over 699 DKK
  • 19 DKK in shipping = For purchases of 499-699 DKK
  • 29 DKK in shipping = For purchases of 399-499 DKK
  • 39 DKK in shipping = For purchases of 199-399 DKK
  • 44 DKK in shipping = For purchases of 0-199 DKK

All packages are sent as insured parcel post through BRING, DAO, or GLS Denmark to your private address or a parcel shop of your choice. You will automatically receive an email/SMS when your package is ready for pickup at the chosen parcel shop. You pick up the package at the chosen parcel shop. Remember to bring the package number and valid ID. Stilkompagniet.dk is responsible for the sent goods until you have received them.

Delivery time to Sweden: 2-3 business days

Delivery time in Europe: 4-5 business days

All shipments abroad (EU countries) are sent as insured parcel post through BRING, EARLYBIRD, or GLS.

Price match

At Stilkompagniet, we strive to ensure that you cannot find our products cheaper elsewhere. Therefore, we have introduced a price match guarantee, which means we will match the lowest price on our products if you find them cheaper elsewhere. If you come across a product priced lower elsewhere, please contact our customer service immediately at kontakt@stilkompagniet.dk with your proof in the form of a screenshot.

Therefore, we have implemented a price match policy, which means we will match the lowest price on our products if you find them cheaper elsewhere. If you happen to find a product cheaper elsewhere, please contact our customer service immediately at kontakt@stilkompagniet.dk with your proof in the form of a screenshot.

Conditions for the price match to be fulfilled:

  • The item must be found on an online shop and be in stock in the same color and size at the time of purchase.
  • The price must be available on a Danish website. We do not price match if you have received a specially agreed price or group price.
  • The price must be the current price for the item to be price matched.
  • We do not price match purchases/special offers during sales or clearance sales. This also applies to Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals.
