**TERMS AND CONDITIONS FROM A TO Z**
The following sales and delivery conditions apply to all deliveries from Stilkompagniet.dk
**PURCHASE OF GOODS AT STILKOMPAGNIET.DK**
When you place an order on our webshop, we will send you an email detailing the product you have ordered. To save the environment, this electronic order confirmation serves as the receipt for your purchase.
Once your order is registered, we will locate the item in our warehouse and prepare the package for shipment.
Upon dispatch of your package, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from your account, and you will receive a new email with the tracking number from the carrier.
**SOLD-OUT ITEMS**
We reserve the right for items being sold out, and we will contact you as soon as possible via email or phone if there are any issues with your order.
**PRICES**
All stated prices on Stilkompagniet.dk are in Danish kroner and include 25% VAT. We reserve the right for changes in duties, pricing, and typographical errors.
**PAYMENT AND SECURITY**
**Credit Card**
Payment for your ordered items is made online using Dankort, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, or Visa Electron. The information is transmitted encrypted between you as a customer and Stilkompagniet. The amount will only be deducted from your account when the item leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you.
**MobilePay**
As a customer at Stilkompagniet, you also have the option to pay with MobilePay. You can read more about MobilePay here: MobilePay
- Enter your MobilePay mobile number at checkout.
- Approve the payment on your mobile.
The amount for your order will be deducted from the card linked to your MobilePay.
All personal information provided during the order process, regardless of payment method (name, address, email, etc.), is not encrypted but is only used internally.
**ViaBill**
When purchasing with ViaBill, you receive your items, and then pay your monthly installment on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, Viabill will charge you a fee of 39 DKK. If you regret your purchase, the agreement with ViaBill will terminate. ViaBill finances purchases up to 2,000 DKK. Amounts over 2,000 DKK are financed in collaboration with SparXpress. You must be 18 years old and have a Danish personal identification number and registered address in Denmark. By ordering, you allow ViaBill to perform a credit check on you. You must also have approved their standard terms and conditions.

With Anyday, you can split your payment. You pay the first installment when the item is delivered, and the remaining amount is paid over the next 3 months. **PRE-ORDER**
At stilkompagniet.dk, we often give you the opportunity to "buy" an item before it arrives in stock. If you buy an item under the pre-order category, an estimated delivery date will be provided, but we reserve the right for changes in the delivery date. You can cancel your order at any time before delivery. As soon as the item arrives in stock, we will promptly pack and send it to you, and you will receive an email with the tracking number.
The amount will only be deducted from your account when the item leaves our warehouse and is on its way to you.
We request that you do not purchase other items on the same order.
**SHIPPING AND DELIVERY IN DENMARK**

At Stilkompagniet.dk, we strive to ship your ordered goods as quickly as possible, i.e., 1-2 business days after we have received your order. In connection with events and sold-out items, longer delivery times of 3-5 days may occur.
**Shipping Prices**
The more you shop, the cheaper the shipping.
- 0 DKK shipping = For purchases over 699 DKK
- 19 DKK shipping = For purchases of 499-699 DKK
- 29 DKK shipping = For purchases of 399-499 DKK
- 39 DKK shipping = For purchases of 199-399 DKK
- 44 DKK shipping = For purchases of 0-199 DKK
**Shipping**
All packages in Denmark are sent as insured parcel post through BRING, GLS Denmark, or DAO to your private address or chosen parcel shop.
You will automatically receive an email/SMS when your package is ready for pickup at the chosen parcel shop.
You pick up the package at the chosen parcel shop. Remember to bring the package number and valid ID.
Stilkompagniet is responsible for the shipped goods until you have received them or they have arrived at the parcel shop.
**SHIPPING AND DELIVERY ABROAD (EU COUNTRIES)**

Delivery time in Europe: 3-5 business days
**Prices and Delivery to Sweden**
All packages to Sweden are sent as insured parcel post through BRING or EARLYBIRD to your private address or chosen parcel shop.
You will automatically receive an email/SMS when your package is ready for pickup at the chosen parcel shop.
You pick up the package at the chosen parcel shop. Remember to bring the package number and valid ID.
**CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY**
Stilkompagniet provides a 14-day full return policy in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, starting from the day you receive your items. However, documentation of the purchase is required.
**EXCHANGE AND RETURN INFORMATION**
You can obtain a return label or QR code online from us and drop off your package at the nearest parcel shop. Remember to save your tracking number as proof that the item has been sent.

**Returns**
As a customer at Stilkompagniet, we aim to provide you with the best service, including when it comes to returning your items. It is easy, secure, and inexpensive to return your items using our return label. The package is insured and has a tracking number.
We offer a 14-day full return policy in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, starting from the day you receive your items. If you send the package later than 14 days after, we reserve the right to deduct 20% of the total purchase price unless otherwise agreed. Return costs of 42 DKK are borne by you, unless you exchange for another item or otherwise agreed.
Return packages are processed as quickly as possible, but always within 14 days after Stilkompagniet.dk has received the return package.
**Free Exchange**
If you wish to exchange for another size, you can do this "free" via our return portal.

**Condition of the Item**
Items must be returned unused, in the same condition as when received, and with the original packaging and labels. The item must always be returned in suitable packaging, and we recommend using the packaging in which you received the package.
**Gifts**
In cases where items are purchased on Stilkompagniet.dk as gifts, they will automatically have an exchange label. Write in the comment field that it is a gift and the date it will be given, so we can extend the exchange deadline.
**COMPLAINTS**
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, you, as a consumer, are provided with a 24-month warranty on all items. However, documentation of the purchase is required for all complaints. The warranty does not apply to items that are defective due to damage or wear from improper use, lack of maintenance, or general wear and tear. For items with a limited lifespan, your warranty is limited to the usual shelf life for the item.
